10+ Reasons to Exercise – BodyTalk Works!

Exercise is simply movement that lets the body talk.  Get out of the office chair, car or off the couch. Walking, stairs, stretching, dancing (movement to music) and laughter, each of these are free!
If we have been sedentary for a while take it cool. Slow does it… even start out with a 5 min walk one way and 5 back… and begin to build it up.

Take one flight of stairs up and one down in increase as the days go on. Stretch when you get up from sitting for a while. Play your favorite music and move to it… doing little things can make a huge difference.

And lastly LAUGHTER is the best exercise for the diaphragm, the half-way house in the body. It exercises the internal organs, moves lymph; helps move stuck emotions out of the body. Besides lifting your mood, laughter is as well a great face lift!
