Enjoy TEA PARTIES more often!!!

Teas are the most common beverage enjoyed by centenarians around the world.

The Free radical-inhibiting property of tea is more potent than that of Vitamin E, and tea is proven preventative and treatment for atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).

The polyphenols in tea, especially the catechins, are powerful antioxidants that help ward off diabetes and cancer.

Green or Black Tea contains theanine, which can help ease anxiety and depression. The amino acid has been studied for several different effects, with most of the research centering on its use as an anxiety treatment. In studies, theanine seems to relax the mind without causing drowsiness.

Green, Black, hibiscus or rooibos is good choice for anyone with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or joint pain. All are naturally high in antioxidants, which can help prevent free radicals and help the immune system address inflammatory responses.

Chamomile can help relieve depression and anxiety, as well as digestive problems, due to its anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, tranquilizing, and muscle relaxing effects.

Research the properties of your favorite teas… Currently mine is Rooibos and African tea.  And I enjoy using my special tea cups with sweet memories attached …. Breathe deeply appreciate life and enjoy the essence as well.
